Platform Overview

KTM eduPlatform is a comprehensive educational management system designed to empower institutions and independent educators. The platform provides tools for curriculum development, lesson planning, AI-powered teaching assistance, and institutional management.

Built on modern web technologies, the platform ensures security, scalability, and an intuitive user experience for educators at all levels.

Platform Workflow

User Signup

Users create an account through the authentication system. They provide basic information such as email and name.

Profile Setup

After signup, users complete their profile by specifying their user type (teacher, institution admin, or independent), providing bio, specialization, and optionally linking to an institution.

Approval Process

User profiles have three possible statuses:

Pending
Awaiting platform administrator approval
Approved
Full platform access granted
Rejected
Access denied or deactivated

Role-Based Access

Once approved, users access the platform according to their assigned roles and permissions. They can create curriculums, manage courses, and leverage AI tools.

Product Owner

KTM EduTech is the creator and owner of the KTM eduPlatform.

Roles & Permissions
The platform uses a role-based access control (RBAC) system to manage user permissions.
Super Admin

Highest level of access. Can manage the entire platform, including institutions, users, roles, permissions, and platform settings.

Institution Admin

Manages a specific institution. Can invite users, manage teachers, customize institution branding, and oversee curriculum development within their institution.

  • • Access institution-specific curriculum and courses
Teacher

Educator within an institution. Can create curriculums, courses, and lessons, and use AI-powered teaching tools.

  • • Collaborate with other teachers in the institution
  • • Access institution resources and settings
Independent Teacher

Solo educator without institutional affiliation. Can build personal curriculum libraries and use all teaching tools independently.

  • • No institutional oversight or dependencies
