Publish Flow

1. Click "Publish" button (Globe icon) on any curriculum/course/lesson
2. Select "Share with Community" option (optional)
3. Content published with current data snapshot
4. If updating published item: version increments, changelog updated
5. Users can view & use published content from community library
Admin Controls: Progress Reset

Reset Options

  • Single Student: Clear one student's progress (email-based)
  • Cohort/Class: Clear entire class progress
  • Curriculum: Clear all students' progress for curriculum
  • Course: Clear progress for specific course only

Audit Trail & Safety

  • ✓ Requires academic year confirmation
  • ✓ Logs who initiated reset & when
  • ✓ Records reason for reset
  • ✓ Backup location documented
  • ✓ Irreversible operation warning shown

What Gets Cleared

All UserProgress records matching the scope are deleted. CohortProgress metrics are reset to 0. Recommendations remain (for audit purposes).
